Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Finely Pressed website (the "Service"), operated by Finely Pressed ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Orders and Payment

  • Orders: By placing an order through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you order multiple pressed flower frames, please note that all bouquets associated with that order must be dropped off on the same day as indicated during the order process.
  • Payment: All payments made through the Service are processed securely. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or fraud.

Workshop Registration & Slots

  • Registration: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Limited Slots: Each time slot has limited availability.

Workshop Scheduling & Changes:

  • Changes to Schedule: Finely Pressed reserves the right to change the date, timing and venue of the workshop.
  • Minimum Participants: The workshop is confirmed only with a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not met, affected participants will be notified 3 days in advance.
  • Rescheduling: If the workshop must be rescheduled, participants will be informed and alternative dates will be provided.
  • No Additional Cost: Rescheduling the workshop incurs no additional cost, and the refreshment package remains unaffected.
  • Refund Policy for Rescheduling: If a suitable date cannot be arranged within the next 3 months, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Workshop Food & Beverages:

  • Purchasing Food and Beverages: Participants are encouraged to purchase any additional food or beverages for consumption during the workshop only from the venue.
  • Venue Policy: Only food and beverages purchased from the venue are allowed.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards issued by Finely Pressed are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for making purchases on our website. The products that can be purchased using gift cards are clearly specified on each card. Gift cards must be used at finelypressed.com within the validity period and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy is outlined separately and is incorporated herein by reference.

    Intellectual Property

    1. All content included on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Finely Pressed or its content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
    2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform, or display any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
    3. Use of Customer Photos: By using our Service, you grant Finely Pressed the right to use photos of your product for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to, sharing photos on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish for your photos to be used in this manner, please contact us at hello@finelypressed.com.

    Warranty and Care

    1. Defects and Repairs: We provide a 14-day warranty period for defects in the frame. If you notice any defects within this period, please contact us immediately to arrange for a repair or replacement.
    2. Customer Responsibility During Transport: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the flower bouquet's quality before submitting it to us for preservation. The flowers' condition, whether fresh or deteriorating, will directly affect the preserved flowers' quality and quantity. Customers should exercise caution during flower transport to us, including appropriately packaging them, especially when utilising our pickup service.
    3. Storage and Conditions: It is recommended that customers store their preserved flower products in a cool, dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures. Exposure to such conditions may diminish the quality and lifespan of the preserved flowers. Please note that customers are responsible for any damage resulting from mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to unsuitable conditions, including but not limited to humidity and direct sunlight.

    Limitation of Liability

    1. In no event shall Finely Pressed, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
      • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
      • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
      • Any content obtained from the Service; and
      • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

    Governing Law

    1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Changes to the Terms

    1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
